  13. Back around November, 1990 a number of us here on NANFORUM decided to
  14. get together to create the "Nanforum Toolkit", a public domain, user
  15. supported library of Clipper 5.0-compatible functions that many feel
  16. should have been included in CLIPPER.LIB.  The idea received a lot of
  17. popular support from other NANFORUM people, some third-party
  18. developers, and Nantucket development and management.  This project,
  19. however, is independent of any third party vendor or Nantucket.

  21. You are welcome to participate.  In short, Clipper developers such as
  22. yourself submit code to the librarian, who routes it to "referees" --
  23. people who check it out. If all goes well, your code is added to the
  24. library, and the library and complete documentation is made available
  25. to anyone and everyone who can download it from CIS.  There are no
  26. fees, dues, taxes, or any other form of compensation involved.  All
  27. code must be in the public domain.

  32. NFRFC.ZIP from library 7.  This is our proposed standard, and will
  33. also give you pointers on formatting your code for submission to the

  36. code can be found in NFHDRS.ZIP, also in library 7.  Both of these
  37. files are updated from time to time.
